- all commissioned work will have a watermark you may not remove
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason

- renders provided need proof that commercial use is ok (e.g sceenshots + artist's socials)

I, the artist, claim the full rights to the work, and therefore may:
-display/post wherever to my liking (website, social media, etc)
-promote myself
-NOT profit further from the work unless you break the termsAs the buyer, you may:
-use the commissioned piece for personal use
-use the work to promote yourself (not commercially), credit is appreciated
-NOT claim the work itself as your own
-NOT gain from my work commercially (reselling, redistributing, etc.)
-NOT remove the watermark
-NOT alter the work without my consent
-NOT use it for anything involving AI or NFTs✦Misc.
- gfx tends to be 2550x1550 in size
- art can vary in size depending on # of characters and process (I will inquire you before changing sizes.) You may request a specific size
- no fee for changes if it was a miscommunication on my part
- if your order was secured before a price update then you will only be charged with the previous prices
- slots (if any) will be updated via my ad
- one commission per order
- limited to two full body characters per art commission. And limited to two banners per gfx order_{if you break any of the terms without prior discussion with me all your rights to the work will be lost and I, the artist, have the right to profit further from the work in any way I see fit}
